Naptime?

IF ONLY we had naptime at work, I would make around 3:45 in the afternoon.

I visited the ART department yesterday briefly, and there was this wonderful energy about everyone. I think I'm getting desensitized to the little square office and a computer. This morning, Rachael and I taught aerobics up at church, but I'm feeling routinely sluggish. I can't decide if this is the weather switch or something else. Are we just worn out -- or am I missing something?

Normally, I feel the sluggishness set in around 2-4 in the afternoon. I dream of brownies and a decaf mocha with friends. I want to run a mile or take a bubble bath or do SOMETHING ELSE. After four, it's usually the home stretch. Maybe we should work a little seista into American culture. Tea time anyone? I'm all about creating a cultural daily "Sabbath". Any ideas?

You gotta be the leader in the revolution! I'd be up for a one-hour sabbatical, though I don't know what your boss would say. At least we don't stay out until 11pm working like some of the S. Americans do! ZOIKS! Keep up the gg bloggin'.
